GF-BMC
BMC Chopped Strands are specially designed reinforcements for Bulk Molding Compound (BMC) applications. They are manufactured from high-quality E-glass fibers and coated with a silane-based sizing compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester, and epoxy resin systems.
The strands feature excellent strand integrity, superior dispersion, and outstanding wet-out performance during the molding process. They provide enhanced mechanical properties, dimensional stability, and surface finish to the final composite products.
BMC Chopped Strands are widely used in the production of electrical components, automotive parts, sanitary ware, household appliances, industrial equipment, and various molded composite products.
Special specifications can be customized according to customer requirements.
